He remains dedicated to improving the lives of children, youth and adults struggling with behavioral, emotional and addiction problems. Mike’s management philosophy is, “to support staff and provide them with the resources necessary to provide quality treatment for patients of all ages.” Mike leads his team by working alongside every department. He takes pride in answering admission phone calls, assisting in assessments, participating in in-unit activities, and jumping in wherever staff is needed.

One of his biggest accomplishments is the interior and exterior renovations to our facility. He has increased employee training and clinically transitioned our model from Trauma-Informed Care to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). We continue to train employees on DBT and review our clinical specialization for improvement. Read more about these improvements in a Letter from our CEO.
